Hulk Hardware Junior Kit has a maximum total door weight of 200kg and has 2 springs per side.
Hulk Hardware Standard Kit has a maximum total door weight of 300kg and has 3 springs either side.
Hulk Hardware Heavy Duty Kit has a maximum total door weight of 400kg and has 4 springs either side.

Hulk Hardware Tilt Fittings
Our Heavy Duty Hulk Hardware is engineered to handle up to 400 Kg and doesn’t drop at top half of cycle as previous ones on the market. It has been engineered with the springs encapsulated preventing them from going flying through the garage when they decide to break. There is double row automotive grade greased taper roller bearings in each main pivot and these are fully serviceable if ever needed. It is engineered with quick and easy preloading and adjustment of springs with our new style kicker plates and bottom spring carrier.
Fittings are patented and engineered.
Our Standard and Heavy Duty hardware will cater to a maximum height of 3 metres, however by request we are able to quote for a higher door if required.
